• Replace parts as needed and test your product completely (parts are extra in all cases).
• Upgrade systems by adding memory, larger hard drives, etc.
• Configure your system.
• Flat rate of $50 for diagnostics (non-refundable).
• Diagnostic fee waived if repairs are done by us (hourly rate of $75 applies).
• Virus removal (hourly rate of $50 applies).
• Data recovery (hourly rate of $75 applies).
• For in-shop repairs, there is no charge for pickup or delivery within 20 miles of our office.
