specialize in out-of-warranty laser printers.
Here is a partial list of our services:
- Diagnose
a problem and find the failure.
- Get
a new part that is made for your machine.
- Replace
parts as needed and test your product completely (parts
are extra in all cases).
- Flat
rate of $35.00 for diagnostics (non-refundable).
- Diagnostic
fee waived if repairs are done by us (hourly rate of $35.00
applies).
- For
in-shop repairs, there is no charge for pickup or delivery
within 10 miles of our office.
After diagnostic service, you will be given an estimate and
no work will be done without your prior approval. The diagnostic
fee
will be applied toward the hourly rate if we do your repairs.
If you decide not to complete the repair with us, the diagnostic
fee must be paid. We accept cash on delivery or company checks
only.
