Here is a partial list of our services:
- Diagnose
a problem and find the failure.
- Replace
parts as needed and test your product completely (parts
are extra in all cases).
- Upgrade
systems by adding memory, larger hard drives, etc.
- Configure
your system.
- Flat
rate of $35.00 for diagnostics (non-refundable).
- Diagnostic
fee waived if repairs are done by us (hourly rate of $35.00
applies).
- Virus
removal (hourly rate of $35.00 applies).
- Data
recovery (hourly rate of $35.00 applies).
After
diagnostic service, you will be given an estimate and no work
will be done without your prior approval. The diagnostic fee
will be applied toward the hourly rate if we do your repairs.
If you decide not to complete the repair with us, the diagnostic
fee must be paid. We accept cash on delivery or company checks
only.
