• Flat rate of $40.00 for diagnostics (non-refundable).
• Diagnostic fee waived if repairs are done by us (hourly rate of $60.00 applies).
• Virus removal (hourly rate of $60.00 applies).
• Data recovery (hourly rate of $60.00 applies).
• For in-shop repairs, there is no charge for pickup or delivery within 10 miles of our office.
