We at R&J Computers, LLC DBA 4PcTechs.com are happy to service any of your existing HP, Samsung, Brother Laser jet, Office jet printers.
We do offer service maintenance for out of warranty printers only.
This service does not cover any related network problems or any Service which would be unique to the Printer’s operation on a network. This Agreement will only involve such Services as are required to restore your Printer’s operational capability.
If you bring or send the printer to us, we will give you a free assessment of the condition of your printer and subsequently advise you on whether or not the service/repair is likely to be cost effective, given the age and condition of the printer. If you decide to proceed, we will charge you the following rates.
Pickup and Drop-off is free within a 10 radius miles. After the 10 radius miles there will be charges of $40.00 not exceed over 30 radius miles.
The following Flat fee service rates offered if we service your printer(s) at our service location. On-Site service fee will be charged hourly. Minimum two hour service required.

Flat fee service rate for black and white printers starts at $85.00
Flat fee service rate for color printers starts at $95.00
Explain Your Problem to us via an email. Now you are ready to describe the problem you are having with your Printer. Let us know what error message you are getting and when it occurs; what you were doing when the error occurred; and what steps you may have already taken to solve the problem.
After the diagnostic service, you will be given an estimate and no work will be done without your prior approval. We accept cash on delivery or company checks for first time clients. After that, we will accept company checks from business and personal checks from personal clients.
We will respond to your service request within 8 hour window to schedule a service maintenance or pickup.
