    Because of our policies, we may open an item to verify

    the serial numbers and to make sure what is really in the

    box. You are not dealing with a large company where no

    one answers your questions. Any questions you may 

    have before purchase, please ask us by email. We will

    not take advantage of you as a buyer nor will we allow

    anyone to take advantage of us. If you disagree with

    the policies we set, it is real simple, do not complain,

    and just don't buy from us. If you find that you have

    already purchased from us and you do not agree with

    the policies, we are sorry it is your responsibility to read

    our policies.  We will do our best to uphold all policies

    and procedures and we expect nothing  less from the

    buyer. There are far too many fraudulent people out

    there that affect those who honestly try to do the

     right thing.

    We work very hard to do the right thing for our

    customers.  Because we know how important it is for

    their businesses. We will read emails about four times a

    day, never on a holiday and not on weekends.
